Oral health literacy and quality dental care are important to the well-being of older Americans. At a Symposium for Advocating for Oral Health in America, Paul Bragan, Wakefield Research partner, recently presented the results of our instant-feedback qualitative research on what consumers want from Medicare. The meeting was co-sponsored by Oral Health America, the DentaQuest Foundation, and the American Dental Association.
The symposium explored consumer messages that align with the oral health wants and needs of older Americans. A leader in qualitative and quantitative research, Wakefield conducted this series of instant-feedback qualitative sessions in Chicago and Tampa to understand better what consumers want in a Medicare benefit.
